		<phrase id="DPSSLB_4_5_0">WAIT - If you are a trying to do New Hire Enrollment for your Medical, Dental, Vision and HSA/FSA enrollments, you are in the wrong place. Please go to &quot;New Hire Enrollment&quot; in the drop down on your left. If you proceed to this site you will be locked out of New Hire Enrollments and your enrollment will be delayed.</phrase>
		<phrase id="DPSSLB_4_5_1">The purpose of the Sick Leave Bank is to provide the means of obtaining additional sick leave days (upon proper approval) to eligible employees who have exhausted all of their accumulated sick leave.  </phrase>
		<phrase id="DPSSLB_4_5_2">Therefore, it can provide additional time for employees to restore their health so they can return to work at DPS.  </phrase>
